Summary: Robin, Little John and the tanner Arthur-a-Bland were lying on the grass to rest when a young man approached with silk stockings, a handsome sword and a large feather on his hat while smelling a yellow flower. Robin got in his way so he couldn’t pass so the stranger pulled his fine sword talked boldly and Robin insulted him and told him, to get a staff from near by thicket so he a tree right from the ground and beat Robin Hood and was going to fight the others but instead Robin Hood befriended him and he joined their band.

Main Character: Will Scarlet: He has devoloped from everyone thought he was a wimpy pansy but he showed he was strong and a much better fighter then Robin Hood which is not what they suspected.

Setting: Sherwood Forest, 1150's-1160's 

Quote: "By heaven! Our master is in for a better fight than he thought." This Quote shows that Will Scarlet is a better fighter than they thought and is actually a better fighter then they thought.
